8 oz cream cheese softened to room temp.
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk9 do not use evaporated)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz mini chocolate chips
1 tsp flour
1 8 or 9 inch prepared graham cracker pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 F With electric mixer beat softened cram cheese until light and fluffy. gradually add in sweetened condensed milk and blend until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Pour flour into chocolate chips and toss until all chips are coated and fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. for and top with glaze. If desired garnish with white and dark chocolate curls.
Chocolate glaze
In a small saucepan (a double boiler works best), combine 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/4 C heavy cream. cook and stir constantly until thickened and pour immediately over cheesecake.
