This a wonderful recipe for Holiday gatherings because you can make it the night before, but it will also be a hit at summer barbecues because what is nicer on a hot summer day than a chilled dessert.

1 box graham crackers

2 boxes cook and serve butterscotch pudding

2 boxes vanilla cook and serve pudding

2 boxes chocolate cook and serve pudding

10 C whole milk

Start by coating a 9 x 13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray, and line the bottom with a layer of graham crackers, cutting the crackers to fit if need be.(save any scraps).

Cook the butterscotch pudding according to directions on the package and pour over the first layer of graham crackers. Let cool slightly.

Place another layer of graham crackers over the butterscotch pudding and prepare the vanilla pudding as directed, pour over the first layer and let cool.

Place another layer of graham crackers and prepare chocolate pudding. Pour over top and finely crush any remaining graham crackers and sprinkle on top. For an extra touch you can also add a few mini chocolate chips.

refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Serve with whipped cream.

Makes 16 servings.
