I was wondering if a materials list is available as referenced? You mentioned "the swing set kit", and I'm not sure what we need to get. Thanks! Now to duplicate this in our yard...

Many thanks, Rob

Hi - this fort is awesome and exactly what I have been searching high & low for!!! Would it be possible to get some sort of materials list as we live on a property well away from our nearest town so have to be completely prepared since a quick trip to the local hardware is not really an option.....!!! Thanks!

The A-frame is not sunk into the ground. No movement at all, even with adults swinging. The shape and height give it stability. Also, the posts are not secured to the concrete pads - it just sits on them.

The metal braces and the slide were purchased from a local lumber yard. Just call around.

After 3 years since building it, the kids still love it. The sand box in the middle is a big hit.

Thanks for the effort of putting together this article and taking pictures. Do you have a rough idea of how much this project cost, total?

Great structure. I was wondering about the "A-frame" swing support. Did you sink it into the earth at all? If not, are you getting any movement or hopping when two kids are swinging? Or is it just heavy enough.

Just wanted to say thanks for the idea. I didnt build it per the plans... didnt even use any plans. Saw your pics and went for there. But it is of a simalar design. Still got to get around to adding the swing, but the fort/slide part went smooth. Thanks for taking the time to post your project!
