No movement at all, even with adults swinging. The shape and height give it stability. Also, the posts are not secured to the concrete pads - it just sits on them. The metal braces and the slide were purchased from a local lumber yard. Just call around. After 3 years since building it, the kids still love it. The sand box in the middle is a big hit.
