A breakfast bar for under 200 bucks in truly incredible. I love all the modern kitchens being built these days my only problem is a lot of builders are pretty cheap in terms of what products they use. I wish I knew how to construct a kitchen bar myself.

I already have an L shaped counter with cabinets facing into the dining room but the counter top is not wide enough to accomadate chairs. I would like to add and addition to the open end extending into the kitchen to perhaps place 2 or 3 chairs thus making it an island or breakfast bar. Any suggestions would be of help. Thanks Kathy

I'm trying to use and old buffet from a dining room set for a bar. It has 2 drawers and 2 doors at the bottom. How much space is needed for the bar stools to fit under and leg room?
