		<description>I have found that if you count how many folks are in the family that are being fed, you make that your minimum for stocking up... as soon as you get down to that X amount its time to buy more... We are a family of 4 so all our favorite items are bought with that in mind as the basic amount to leave in the pantry that way in case of a 911 or financial strain causes a budget crunch in the grocery buying aspect at least I know we still have enough items to cover for a few days or so...</description>

		<description>I am going to be cleaning out my pantry.  What I am having trouble with is how many of an item do I need to keep.  My mom says she used to keep seven of each canned veggies (corn, peas, carrots), then at the end of the week she would replenish what she used.
