oh that is so adorable! i used to have an ant..her name was gladys..she died of old age
oh how i miss gladys so much……
that is why i am looking for a new ant…it will never be able to fufill what gladys did but it will make my life a whole lot better!

The first picture is not of an ant. It’s of a cow killer, which is a female wingless wasp. Though it may look like an ant it is not.

Their sting is said to be painful enough to kill a cow, thus the name, but they are docile at best.

Cow killers are beneficial insects which hunt other more troublesome ground wasps.

Just an pet peeve annoyance.
