Spent the day trout fishing in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We caught our limit (3 each), came home, and cleaned them. Decided after much discussion and research on how we were going to prepare them. Nothing fancy...just pan fry them. Ohhh what a treat dinner will be tonight.
