		<description>Boiled with husks on?? You&#039;re kidding, right? Husks only stay on when you&#039;re grilling and we&#039;ve always soaked the cobs for an hour or two before grilling in a 5gal bucket of water. Works just fine!</description>

		<description>Living in Illinois most of my life, I have been eating corn on the cob for over 50 years. I think the best is steamed. If you can get a &quot;super-sweet&quot; variety like Illini Super Sweet or Peaches and Cream, you won&#039;t believe the difference. Makes regular sweet corn taste like cardboard. 

PS you can save the steaming water for use in making a vegetable broth.</description>
