Blonde brownies, or white chocolate brownies are a moist and tasty addition to your holiday cookies or perfect for an evening snack session. The white chocolate has a less full taste than the darker item, but in this case both are used.
White chocolate brownie batter will freeze well so that you have it on hand for baking for a holiday drop in guest, or to pass along to a neighbor for a quick holiday gift.
These white chocolate brownies are extremely rich and a small piece goes a long way.
